I am a Saline resident, graduate of Saline High School, and the proud owner of this downtown business. As a Licensed Massage Therapist in the states of Michigan and North Carolina, I also hold a Diploma as a Relaxation Therapist from Stanford Career Institute. I am a graduate of the Ann Arbor School of Massage, Herbal & Natural Medicine, and have been practicing massage therapy throughout Michigan for sixteen years, and the Inner Banks of North Carolina, for four years.
Prior to becoming a massage therapist, I worked in the Physical Therapy field. As a Physical Therapy Technician and Aqua Therapist for 8 years, I enjoyed helping people rehabilitate from injuries, trauma, and surgery.
My therapeutic massage is unique for each client depending on their individual needs. Your service may include Swedish, deep tissue, Myofascial, Muscle Energy Release Techniques, craniosacral, cupping, and or stretching techniques, as agreed upon prior to treatment.
My leisure time includes outdoor activities such as walking and hiking, bicycling, swimming, kayaking, and sail boating.

Growing up in Ann Arbor I feel grateful to be able to be a part of my home town community providing a holistic approach to self-care as an LMT. As a graduate of the Ann Arbor Institute of Massage Therapy, I have been practicing massage therapy for over 25 years.
My intention in serving my clients begins with listening to their massage goals, be they physical aches and pains, trigger point work, or relaxation, perhaps a combination of things you would like to have addressed. I am client focused with your goals in mind.
I am a proud dog mom of 3! It is by far the favorite part of my life. I also enjoy walking, writing, reading, cooking, games with friends, working in my flower garden and taking on an art project.
